HOT POUR ASPHALT CRACK SEALER

Hot Pour Asphalt Crack Sealer

Hot pour asphalt crack sealer is proven as the longest-lasting solution for repairing cracks in pavement. Hot crack sealing is ideal for fixing cracks in driveways, parking lots, and roads to block water damage and wear. This process is different from cold methods because it needs to be heated and applied with a Direct Fire or Oil Jacketed Melter Kettle. This method enhances efficiency and produces a robust, flexible seal that far exceeds the lifespan of cold fillers. Thanks to their durability and enduring nature, hot pour sealants are the go-to for professional pavement maintenance, providing a reliable way to prolong the life of asphalt surfaces.

A9275 – Mcasphalt MACSEAL DF

MACSEAL DF is a hot-applied, direct fire joint and asphalt crack sealant. This sealant will not flow from the joint or be picked up by vehicle tires, foot traffic, skateboards, or rollerblade wheels in high surface temperatures. Its slightly stiffer nature is ideal for applications such as driveways, parking lots, bicycle trails, and areas with foot traffic. This material is melted via a Direct-Fire melter applicator.

A8064 – Mcasphalt MACSEAL 6690-1

MACSEAL 6690-1 is a hot-applied joint and crack sealant (ASTM 6690 Type I or equivalent). This sealant offers advanced low temperature bonding properties, prolonged resistance to degradation from weather, and a positive seal during the expansion and contraction of the joint or crack. It remains ductile and highly resilient at low and high service temperatures. It is most commonly used on roads. This material is melted via an Oil-Jacketed melter applicator.

A8065 – Mcasphalt MACSEAL 6690-2

MACSEAL 6690-2 is a hot-applied joint and crack sealant (ASTM 6690 Type II and III or equivalent). This sealant offers all the advantages of MACSEAL 6690-1 with the added benefit of lower Flow Test characteristics and higher Resilience Test characteristics. This sealant works well in “blow and go/clean and fill” as well as “rout and seal” operations and can expand and contract fully in -29°C (-20°F) weather while still performing well in warm and hot temperature environments. It is most commonly used on roads. This material is melted via an Oil-Jacketed melter applicator.
